Today the Curious Penguin, feeling decidedly hungry after eating only dog food and Mrs. Marlow’s goldfish, investigated the Suspicious Looking Basket in the living-room.
It looked like a fisherman’s basket, but it only had soft knotty stuff that tasted dry.
The fall has hit: I know it because I can see my breath. My yarn-balls are shrinking, the ivy on my desk is happy, and my watercolor paints are getting fresh air more and more often.
